– Set the Jominy Test Piece on the table.
– Input the measuring condition into control PC.
– The Jominy test piece is conveyed by robot arm and set on the hardness tester.
– After measuring, the Jominy test piece is reversed by robot arm and set on the auto stage.
– After measuring of reverse face, test piece is carried back by robot arm automatically and removed by discharge arm.
– The data is transferred automatically to host computer from the control computer after all operation has been completed.
